Student/Staff information System
SEMS is equipped with a highly sophisticated search facility with a wide variety of options, using which any student/teacher can be traced out for necessary operations. SEMS maintains Student/Staff information that includes: student's name, address, phone number, grade level, date of birth, admission date, student ID number, and more. Student information allows the user to print demographic sheets, student mailing labels, birthday lists, and vehicle listings.

Scheduling

Attendance

SEMS allows the user to control their attendance information:
- Multiple indexes to the attendance file:
1- Enter attendance by course
2- Enter attendance by semester
3- Enter attendance by academic year.
- A report of all recorded absences may be run immediately after the first hour of attendance entry. Teachers and administrators will get a complete list of absences within minutes after the start of school.
- You can print detailed day-to-day, period by period attendances on the report card with a full description of the absence types and reasons. Detailed information on the report card gives an excellent attendance audit to parents, helping to dramatically reduce absenteeism.

Learning Management System
This module is designed to manage grades, assignments, and exams;
- Ranking reports by GPA (required for American Diploma Students), points, or a combination, are automatically produced.
- Exception reports of grade information allow you to review individual situations without wading through unnecessary details, you can precisely identify students who are missing grades or who have incompletes.
- Grades are automatically transferred to history, eliminating manual transcript maintenance. This allows you to review, on screen or paper, a student’s grades, and attendance history.
